Blueprints

Costa Rica Architects will develop the official working blueprints—a series of standardized drawings that document all the architectonic, electrical, structural, and mechanical elements of the design.

The blueprints are reviewed and approved by the Costa Rican College of Engineers and Architects, and are used for acquiring the construction permits, and for determining the materials and utilities required for construction.

The fee for the official blueprints is 10.5% of the estimated cost of construction, per the guidelines established by the Costa Rican College of Engineers and Architects, and is due in full at the time the approved blueprints are submitted to you.
