The Design Process:

• DESIGN:
  Congratulations on taking this exciting step toward building in Costa Rica! After our initial meeting, we will develop several original preliminary design options based on the site location, spatial requirements, functions, style, character, and approximate budget. From there, we will work with you to adapt and modify this design to fit your specific needs. When we arrive at the final design, we will present AutoCAD drawings of the floor plan for each level of the building plus a drawing of the principal elevation.

• BLUEPRINTS :
  From the CAD drawings, we will develop the official working blueprints; a series of standardized drawings that document all the architectural, electrical, structural, and mechanical elements of the design. The blueprints are reviewed and approved by the Costa Rican College of Engineers and Architects, and are used for acquiring the construction permits, and for determining the materials and utilities required for construction.

• INSPECTION:
  We take complete responsibility for our designs. Throughout the construction process, our team will serve as technical supervisors, periodically performing inspections to ensure that the blueprints, technical specifications, and working conditions are being carried out as required.
