Sobel House

The history of this corresponds to a small family with three members and a property with an incredible view of 270 degrees throughout the Central Valley located on the slopes of Volcan Barba. This property has a size of 5000 sqft. Both owners are retired professionals from the United States. The design of the house was a long process because you should take into consideration many important elements to the design. The lot had a steep slope and had to create an access road to the construction site.

The architect was concentrated to give them a view of the valley from anywhere they met the tenants of this house. The bedrooms and the area share this incredible social amenity of the house. However, each element keeps his privacy and independence for the benefit of the occupants. It was thought that despite the weather outside occupants could enjoy a great view.

This building had a variety of weather elements such as the amount of wind from the mountains so low temperatures due to the height where the house is located. The materials used in this house were chosen carefully to avoid disturbing the environment as well as internal and external colors that remind us of the existing earthen tones all around this house.
